We offer a 3-day return guarantee. You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In its original, undamaged packaging with any seals intact.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
For reasons of hygiene and product integrity, fragrances that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds
