Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm your order once it is accepted. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, for example where an item is unavailable or where there is an error in pricing or product information.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in AED. We offer Cash on Delivery and secure checkout. Free delivery applies to orders above AED 300; a delivery fee applies to orders below this amount and is shown at checkout.

Delivery

We deliver across the UAE within 1 to 3 working days. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

Our 3-day return guarantee and the conditions that apply are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.

Products

We take care to present our fragrances accurately. Slight variations in packaging or presentation may occur. Our products are intended for personal use and should be used as directed.

All content on this store, including the IVPERFUME name, logo, text, and images, belongs to IVPERFUME and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable UAE law, IVPERFUME is not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our store or products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
